Receive*, of course. Anyone with half a brain can tell you that. And if they say otherwise then they're obviously lying...No one actually wants to go out and spend money and deal with all those stupid people at the stores to get you a stupid gift that you'll probably be ungrateful for anyway.

*Unless you get me something stupid. Then it just would have been better not to bother at all.
